In the first phase, we gently explore your goal and what this looks like for you. From there, we take an honest look at where you are right now - mentally, emotionally and physically so we can understand where to begin.

What Can I Expect From The Coaching Journey?
This is a 90-day supported journey which begins by bringing awareness to subconscious patterns and hidden limiting beliefs you hold within yourself, shining light on what’s been holding you back. From there, we work together to rewire this and step into the version of yourself you truly want to be, clearing blocks through conscious hypnosis, EFT tapping, meditation, and other supportive practices. Along the way, new habits are integrated to nurture your mind and body. We make sure the nervous system is regulated so you feel safe, grounded, and empowered throughout the transformation.
What if I Feel Emotional, Stuck, Or Overwhelmed During The Process?
If emotions arise or you feel a little stuck, we slow down, ground into the body, and meet whatever’s present gently. Feeling emotional doesn’t mean something is wrong - it often means you’re tuning in more honestly to yourself. The heart of this process is helping your nervous system feel calm, safe, and supported. With that foundation in place, areas that might usually feel overwhelming often feel much less intense when approached. Coaching is not designed to diagnose, treat, or manage mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, or psychological disorders, and it does not replace therapy, counselling, or medical care. Instead, the focus is on where you are now, where you want to go, and identifying and removing self-limiting beliefs or patterns that may be holding you back, empowering you to take aligned action and move confidently toward meaningful personal or professional goals.
